Amia is a simple basic turban but with the solid coloured ‘bamboo twist’ at the neck, which makes it much more than a basic turban. The turban has many good features, where at the neck you will find a piece of fabric which forms a large cross, which is a lovely and useful detail. It is both a Grab & Go model, but if you want to create your own personal style, you can try moving the cross from the back to the front of your forehead. It gives the turban a completely different and fantastic expression. This Amia is made of the most delicate Caretech® bamboo-viscose material, which is incredibly soft almost silky to the touch. Besides being a comfortable and stretchy material, bamboo is known to be breathable and thermo-regulating, and more moisture absorbent than cotton. The Shades of Africa print enchants with its warm colours and exciting pattern. The base colour is a light sand, which is also the reverse colour on the headband. The warm colours on the large graphic printed leaves, leads your mind to the African savannah. ‘ Styling Tip: Did you know the Amia Turban cross detail can be used to secure a loose ribbon? Well, as the cross detail is not completely attached you can easily lead a matching ribbon through and make a beautiful styling. This is a clever and wonderful solution if you like a Caretech® Bamboo turban but are curious to use the long ribbons too.
